Depends. You asked us where you could buy them but forgot to mention what coutry you live in. If you're in the UK, I've heard Scan has them...

No, there are only sleeved cable sets for fully modular power supplies. CX Series are only partly modular. You can always sleeve your own cables or buy some Bitfenix/NZXT extensions:
