We have a couple of good providers. I have Cox with a 50/5 plan which is about to change to a 50/50 plan once they roll out the bonded docsis 3.0 upstream channels. They also have a 100mbit plan as well but its VERY expensive, like $250 a month and only a handful of docsis 3.0 modems are compatible with it (mines not one of them...).

FiOS is the best internet option if it's available in the states. They offer a 25/25 plan for like $70 or $80 / month. What I don't get is their 50mbit plans upstream goes back down to 5. If they offered a 50/25 or 50/50 plan I'd be on it as I am in a FiOS service area.
