PS3 Launch Price May Match PS2

Now a report on Japanese website Impress PC Watch is indicating that Sony Computer Entertainment has cited a price point of less than 40,000 Yen for the PS3 launch in conversations with its business partners.

The PS1 and PS2 were both released @ 39,800 yen price points (294 Euro at today's conversion rates) hopefully sony will wish to keep up tradition :)

Sweet thats better then the Xbox which is set to be £400!! :eek:

I'm gonna wait till they're both out for 6months then pick one (I usually prefer sony tho...dunno why) :)

Ebay was my friend for most of those to be honest. I don't like keeping too much shit around that I never use.

The best system I have at the moment is an original Atari Home system!

Well That's how I got my Pentium 4 and my Giga-Byte GA-8IPE1000 Pro-G Motherboard!

They're both sold now LOL.

You think I could have afforded a mobo & proccy if the mobo wasnt refurbed!? I only got $178 for the PS2.
