These guys have just amazed the pants off me!
My Wavemaster case arrived at Kustom with a few small imperfections in the paintwork.
I contacted scan to request an RMA, told them what was wrong, and this is their reply:
"As the replacement case is required quickly, I can arrange for the damaged case to be collected for a refund to be issued.
I can authorise free of charge carriage for you to reorder the replacement case."
Ok so lets recap, they are going to COLLECT the faulty case, give me a REFUND, and give me FREE SHIPPING on the new case that i choose from them. Amazing.
