Primochill Compression reservoir

I'm in the market for a new res, and came across the new offering from Primochill. So I thought I would make a post for peoples opinions on these, mainly if I should go for the yellow one for my build. My build is already black and yellow, but I'm unsure if the yellow will look out of place, with the yellow of the Viper fans, and yellow on the MPower mobo, and Avexir ram. And when you add in the yellow pastel coolant, it will be pastel looking in the hose, but once it is in the res it will be a different colour yellow again. Do you think it will look odd ?

My other option is to go ahead and buy it, and considering my coolant needs changing anyway, just use clear until the Primochill acrylic tube is available ( which is on my wish list ) Or some people say to change coolant every 3 months or so, go ahead and use yellow pastel for the time being. Rootz over at ST has said possibly the end of the month for the acrylic tube, but no eta on the fittings. So buy then it could easily be 3 months.

Or use pastel and swapto a regular clear res, hose and clear coolant when they are all available ? What would you do and why. And one thing those Primochill res'es look awesome...

It wont work with the fans IMHO and youd need matching hose to make it work.

Then ob use clear coolant as thats what these things are designed for

That's what I was thinking it's all good and well to have a colour scheme, but just throwing a whole load of yellow in just won't work. I am planing on buying the yellow acrylic tube but with no ete on the fittings, it could be a long wait. Am I right in thinking that the Bitspower crystal fittings are a different size than the primo tube ? Primo's new range of coolant looks interesting a 35ml bottle of dye is enough to make up a gallon of coolant, they have got their own version of pastel too, which mixes the same.

Oh bugger. I just watched the vid again, and yep they are different. You would think that, the tube and fittings would be available at the same time.

What do you think of the amber Frozen Q T-virus with black coolant and all black fittings and hose. Once the inverter is on you will see the spiral through the black and with the 4 sticks of Avexir ram glowing it might make for an interesting look ?

No the guy in the vid says they are not available yet. You get a 2 part mix a 35ml bottle of the base that makes 5ltrs and then a 35ml bottle of dye. Their website is behind they haven't even got the acrylic hose or the flow meters up yet.
