PowerColor Announces the DEVIL Radeon R9 390X Graphics Card

I had my Vapor x at 1170 but that was pushing it tbh

remember that this card had higher memory clocks than even your overclock there.

1100MHz is the highest stock clock I have seen on these GPUs. As Tom said it is very hard to get over 1150MHz

Thats about the safe limit for a retail overclock. Ive not had a single card do more than 1150 with manual tweaking

I see, I thought 1150mhz was around the limit and 1200+ was good. My bad. At least now I know I had some pretty good luck with the silicone lottery throughout my 290x purchases.

Either way, hopefully the design will allow some nice OC with extra volts.

Still I would take the MSi lightning any day over this even though the lightning is only 4GB atm, wonder what the 390x lighting will be like.

Ahh I missed that but it would explain a lot :)

I've hit 1190 stable and 1200mhz but it was artifacting quiet a bit. Had to up the volts by 100mv though. My memory on the other hand won't even go up 1mhz. That's locked down on the volts, can't even change it, need a newer version of Afterburner. They need to hurry up and release it.

Hi

Complete and utter fail. That shroud looks like something out of a bad transformers comic book. Second strike is the protrusion into the third slot. I am going mITX for my gaming machine to be able to transport it easily. I can see fit problems in a lot of mITX cases.
