hey guys, i just got a ST56F from silverstone and i'm checking the voltages out on OCCT but apparently all the voltages are lower than its rated. is this normal?

That is a buggered program. No way would you even be in Windows with them that low :p

The 3.3v @1.20v is extremely low however the other ones seem to be within limit. Strange

It's not reading the mobo correctly.

If ur 3.3 was 1.2 the mobo and other things wouldn't work.

Chances are 1.2 is the Vid and 1.28 is Vid+.

or even better, buy a cheapo-o multimeter off ebay (if you havent got one already) and read the voltages straight from an SATA connector or the ATX connector.

Agree with Jim that is what I would do but as said above surely things would not function seems like a bug to me.

get a multi meter if it eases your mind.

weird cause i'm checking it with cpuid's hardware monitor and it's the same thing. :/

CPUid uses the same/similar monitoring approach. Take a few people who are having these differences with their mobo to report it to Franck to rectify it.
