Thermoelectric Cooler Peltier Plate Module Specifications:
Model: TEC1-12706
Voltage: 12 V
Umax (V): 15 V
Imax (A): 4.3-4.6A
QMax (W): 72 W

I connect the TEC to a power supply as shown in the image here:

Could somebody please tell me if it is OK?

Will it destroy the TEC because (to my tiny knowledge in electricity) it looks like the TEC operates from 4.3-4.6A but the amps of the yellow line of the supply power is 10A?

The yellow is 12v, the cooler requires 12v, and it is below the capacity of the power supply, so that should mean you're good to go. Just be careful you aren't exceeding the maximum capacity of your 12v rail with your other parts, a cheap PSU like the one you have will take your other parts with it when it fails.
