I am using my hd 6950 with a XFX 650 wattt pro psu. I have a UPS but it is very weak. So, now whenever there is a power cut my computer auto restarts( happens only when i play games. Normally a power cut wouldn't restart my computer unless I play a game during the pwr cut ).
So, it seems like whenever there is a lot of PSU usage then only my UPS can't back my computer from restarting. After some of incidents like this there was no more proper restarting, I mean the computer restarts but there is no display on the screen.
Then I force shutdown it n restart again ,then it will be normal. Actually what is going on and is my graphics card getting hurt?? It is brand new.
The power cut at my place happens pretty often but comes just after some seconds after it's gone.
Am I ramming my gfx card or any other hardware ? It seems they are working still now. Or has something happened already but I am not understanding?
I will buy a UPS of 1200 VA very soon. Will it be enough ?
