Possible specs for AMD’s Radeon HD 7990 revealed?

Yeah, it's a bit too soon after the 6990 to be talk never mind specs of a 7990, there isn't even any news of the 7xxx series being released any time soon anyway... or is there

If video card companies get to the point were they are letting out a new series of cards every 6 months I'm getting out of computers. Hah

Who knows. What you have to remember is that the 6*** series cards were never meant to be what they are. Really The 6*** cards should have been what the 7*** will probably be, but due to die problems they had to resort to the prievious die size seen in the 5*** series cards.
O3D references HW-Lab. HW-Lab references German ATI forum. German ATI forum references some anonymous yahoo, who posts verbatim some copypasta of personal conjecture by some random guy back in November 2010 in a thread dedicated entirely to speculation.
While I don't blame O3D for this, the chain of evidence is so pathetic that even with qualifiers like "possible" in mind, this story should be retracted as pure BS. It's no better than anyone else pulling some numbers out of their rear end. There's not even any evidence that they were extrapolated in a sensible manner; it's literally just some random person's opinion.
