raiser card wont work? how about a 15cm ribbon cable version? ive seen them up to 30cm long aswell so you could easyly get away with 2 cards aswell then.

PS If anyone wants to send me 2x 6990/590 and 4x D14's ill be happy to buy 2 raiser cables and a new psu to test.
