Please help Graphics CoD4

Hi there,

I fitted together an old PC for my misses to play CoD4 it is:

P4 3.40Ghz (it says 2 processes)

Unsure of the motherboard

1.5GB Memory

160GB Hard Drive

Sapphire Radeon HD 3650 512MB DDR3 AGP 8x Graphics Card

Onboard AC97 Sound

The thing is with all settings on Low and everything turned off but bullet impacts the ping of it is still 30fps, Is there anything I can do to raise this as it seems really lo0w to me.

mhh sounds about rite... i guess just stick another ram stick in their to smoothing game play,

but you will need a new pc pretty soon lol
