To busy spinning of the company rather than fixing the stream sniping issues.

It's a non-issue. As streamers have ways to avoid stream snipers. They can add a longer delay, or hide+mute the game until they are in the plane, and use that time hiding the game, to talk to their audience.

What is an issue however, is the dog server client, the netcode, and the performance optimization for the end users.

Stream snipers have been eliminated for some time now, the vast majority figured out that delays or placing media over the map sorted that out. I agree with MograineLefay they have more important things to fix like jumping mechanics, server lag, double teaming, speed hackers, wall glitchers, vehicle physics, weapon balancing (again), the insane GPU usage in lobby.. the list is quite long.
