Tempted but I think I will just use a VPN to initialise the pre-load and then to to play rather, than using some .exe that someone has created.

Apparently it's the beta .exe, I know it's a bit weird but after seeing that it does actually work and people are using it to play the game early then i'm guessing it is nothing bad. If it was a virus or anything bad then I wouldn't have thought that it would actually work and enable you to play the game.
