Phenom II X6 found on computer shop from Norway with prices

they say that they will have in stock on the 23 march i hope this will have some kind of competition against intel espacially against the i5 750 which is just destroying amd right now

Will be very interesting to see how they compare with each other, although I hear the Phenom II X6 one is based on 45nm where as the i7-980x is based on 32nm

The x4 965 is £135~ in the uk and on that site the x4 965 is £170~, the x6 1055T is £195~ and the x6 1090T is £275~

So looking at the differenced in price of the x4 965's, it might be a good guess the x6 1055T would be about £160~ and the 1090T would be about £240 in the uk?

If im close on the math... damn i need to change to am3 once these are out.

Yeh wait for the benchmarks mate..

Hopefully at these prices AMD can gain some market share back in the CPU department. I am totally excited to get my mitts on one of these.

Well the 1055T's are already released in China however the 1090t AFAIK not until 26th as far as Nforce boards not that I'm aware of I think the 980i Chipset is the highest end nforce that through Bios update should support Thuban.

So here's my Dilemma:

Do I A) go to a computer shop 4 hours car ride away to pre order my 1090T

or B) wait for my online retailer from whom Ive purchased everything for BLACK FUSION

to launch the pre order link.

Option A comes very highly reccomended but have never purchased anything from them personally but they do have pre order link up for $305.00 cdn + taxes (13%) here in Ontario
