The fourth core is usually locked for a reason (another then the commercial need for an X3, like binning/screening).
You need an expensive MB (for an AM2+/AM3), since you need one with 790GX/FX + SB750 and ACC, so why would you not just buy the damn X4 in the first place? In this context you seem to have the money.
And anyway, there should be a lot of people with X3's out there, how come only those koreans did it? Why does it say "X3 710" and then "X4 10"? To me it looks a bit fake... 15 min of fame.

Though as it states, the 4th core is deemed unstable by AMD...seems to be more of a luck thing and there is a chance AMD will request board makers to prevent it
