Phanteks just released their latest enclosure, the Enthoo Pro. A chassis designed to be the "Ultimate Water Cooling Solution", which is also very modding friendly that comes to the market for only $100.
Has the H440 got some real competition?
So what do I mean when I say modding friendly, well... unlike most cases it is constructed mostly out of screws rather than rivets, which allows us to much more easily paint or otherwise customize the case.
Within the Steel chassis, with a Brushed Plastic exterior (which looks like Brushed aluminium) there are many of what Phanteks calls "stealth features". These features come in the form of two Removable plates which will cover the HDD space and the PSU space which should make builds in this case seem much more clean.
On the water cooling side it supports up to a 420mm radiator on the top and a 240mm Radiator on either the bottom or front of the case. This case also provides a dedicated pump or reservoir mount, as shown in the picture below.
For cable management Phanteks has given us plenty of space to work, offering 27mm of space behind the motherboard tray so we can easily hide all of our cables. In this space there is also a fan controller and a dedicated 2.5" drive mount for those who wish to remove the 2x 3 Hard drive cages in favor of some water cooling components.
For $100 Phanteks might be onto a winner here, if 60mm thick rads can really be fitted onto the roof without motherboard considerations it might just be one of the best water cooling cases out there.
How well do you think it compared to NZXT's $40 more expensive H440? Please comment below.
