I went to the police station today and asked for some advice on the situation, giving them a good going through on all of the information.

The balls completely in my court. If this unit doesnt arrive in a given time, which I will now say is going to be a week today. Thats the 12th Friday. If it is not here by 4.30pm on that date I will be going to the police station to make an official statement stating my unit has been stolen.

Pete, I'm giving you a good last chance here dude. Thats 1 week to get it all sorted, Gassed, tested, some pics displayed of it been run, some temps would be nice, info on the gas inside. A nice complete list of everything youve done to it also. Thats not asking alot for a week. Then I'd like all of the tracking information sent to me with a confirmation of it being sent.

Unit was picked up the other day and then taken sent back to petes cos he did the address wrong.

Then today the unit wasnt picked up by DHL, an error on their behalf im guessing pete right? not anything to do with the fact that my unit is still sitting on your parents dining room table probably not even gassed or boxed doing nothing but wanting to be sent to me to be sorted out.

Pete, I want my unit, my money (obviously minus what I owed you, £20 was it?), anyways, I want the money in my account by Monday, so that £80 and my unit sent to me in good order and packaging monday first thing or im coming to your work dude and seeing someone about this ****. DHL is picking up again without fail as i will be about all day doing VAT returns and month end along with 1st months stock check at the new pub on Monday the 16th, i've even booked it for 24 hours at extra cost which I'm paying.

Once you got it you and only i personly will amend the rest of it all.

You made a statment of Tom contacting me, yeah he has and been like thrush and this is why i have ignored him and everyone as you told me he said too you that it had been picked up when it had not.

It'll be going Monday and if it has not then i'll be giving you a call and sorting a time out when ya at home and will drive over my self with it.

If the 'high pitched whining / grinding sound' is coming from the comp then it sounds like possibly bearings running dry to me (and if they are running dry so is the cylinder). You did as you were told about leaving the unit alone for the oil to settle so not your fault.

Has it always made the noise.? Even when you first started it up not on the cpu.?

As it doesn't do it until 25 secs into running the unit then all the oil must be out of the comp and in the system and not enough to stay in the shell. Do you know if Pete give it an oil change while he had it or checked for oil.?

Right i would just like to say i have officaly been told by duniek that ( the units overcharged, floodback, & it can kill the compressor ).
