PCI 6pin Sleeving question

Hello,

I know this is probably a stupid question, but Id rather be safe than sorry.

Recently bought neon green and black sleeving to sleeve my psu cables. Working on my first 6pin connector atm and Im just wondering if I can switch the power cable positions without any danger.

Swapping Cable A for cable B for example:

i actually have no experience with that stuff, but i think they didn't put the cables where they are for no reason.

Arent all the yellow ones just grounds and the black ones 12v power? Not sure what to make of this : /

As long as you don't mix black and yellow you can switch them.

Black is ground and yellow is +12V.

Awesome, doing it. Got a bit carried away so I started without the heatshrink, but Ill link you results nonetheless .


EDIT: Done and done. Thank you for your input. Middle connector really was too big to fit in... ill have to shrinkwrap it but it should be fine nonetheless.
