PC turns itself on :(

Unfortunately, I have another motherboard problem. A while ago, my PC randomly shut down whilst I was using it. Later that night, it turned itself on for no apparent reason. So the next day, I tried it again, and eventually discovered that when the power supply was turned on, the PC would automatically start up before I could press the power button, and go into a kind of 'ghost' state. The post readout was blank, but all the fans were spinning and pressing the power and reset buttons did nothing. I then found that the PC was periodically shutting itself down, so I took one of those opportunities to press the power button. Surprisingly, it booted up. Initially I thought it was a power supply problem, but it turned out to be the mobo, as I flashed the bios to the latest version (I was previously using the stock one) and the problem was solved. However, I upgraded to the 10.7 bios about two weeks ago, and now a similar problem has been created. Basically, when I turn the power supply on, the PC goes into the same 'ghost' state as before, except it stays like that and doesn't turn itself off. Which means it's impossible for me to boot it up and get into the bios to reflash it. Any ideas as to how to boot?
Many thanks :)
