PC suddenly shuts down and restarts himself

Hi every one,first of all,sorry if putted this in the wrong topic section but didn't really knew where to put this.

Now my problem i'm randomly having atm. As the title already say's my pc has shut down and restarted himself 3 times already, it did twice today with an interval of little bit more than a hour. The only moments it happend was when i was looking anime,not while gaming or rendering or something heavy,nope every time it happend was while i was simply watching anime. Now i really dont know what could've caused this and i assume it will happen again. I would be greatfull if some of you guys might know what it could be and/or could refer to something that might help. Never ever had this before the past 3-4 years that i know.

What might help for looking for the right answer to the problem. I recently upgraded my CPU and putted my gpu's under water (about 1.5 - 2 months ago)

aaah yeah should've given the specs from the beginning ^^

CPU : AMD FX 8350
MOBO : Gigabyte 990FX UD7
GPU : 2x Gigabyte GTX 680 SOC windforce x5
SSD : Corsair 120 GB
PSU : CoolerMaster 1000W M silent pro

Every thing is under WC (CPU-GPU-MOBO)

there i havent seen anything overheating or very high temps so far. everything is between 25-30 degree (idle) but what might be worth noting is that CPU temps really go with ups and downs. it can go suddenly from 10 degree up to 28 degree. I thought/ still think that it might be just a software or sensor fault. i'm using Open Hardware Monitor to watch my temps.

And i'm using a triple monitor setup and windows 8 tbh

I'd recommend using AMD's own utility to monitor temps for the cpu. Its the most accurate. At the moment I'm leaning towards a power supply issue.

was thinking about the same too for a moment but than another question pops up,why does it shut down while watching anime and not while gaming which demands more power.

To bad i dont have another PSU to switch with and test

If its anime viewed with flash player then it could be your browser/flash player itself).

I have noticed that Flash has been quite unstable for a while now, I couldn't imagine that restarting your computer though. To be honest, I was also thinking it's a PSU issue.

I once had a PDf document that made my cpu usage and ram 100% and froze my pc D:.

It was an official government document as well xD. I've also had Dreamweaver crash while saving ruining 6 hours work.
