It was a dumb thing in the first place, but their response atleast makes them look they really did screw up and feel sorry about it.

They screwed up, realised it, and now trying to set it straight, that's rare with business today. Businesses normally only do the first bit so credit to Patreon for going onto trying stage 3 at least. :handshake:
