P5K Died - Urgent alternative replacement required!

Hello guys,

Thanks to you all in advance for your advice.

I just took 2 days off to play and tinker with my recently upgraded rig, but disaster has struck and my aging P5K Premium Wifi board has died. Isn't that always the way?

(Continuous Chassis Intrusion error, and BIOS settings resets. Fixes work temporarily, but I think it's just had it's day.)

The rig was second hand when I bought it, so I'm a relative beginner when it comes to purchasing hardware.



Given my existing hardware, what would be the best MOBO for the buck?

I am UK, London based, and would like to grab one from the shops today if possible!

Any decent Asus P55 board will do you mate, they are quite cheap now just make sure it has the features you need.
