An idea that I came up with at Oct. 28
A project that came to life at Dec. 12
Final specs: Gigabyte GA-970a-UD3, amd phenom IIx6 1045t, 8gb 1600mhz ddr3 gskill ram, 250gb 5400rpm hdd hitachi, 1tb 7200rpm hdd Western Digital, 64gb ssd samsung 830, 1gb ddr3 nvidia geforce 210, cooler master hyper 212 evo, corsair tx 650 psu, cougar vortex 120mm fan, cooler master elite 311 case, Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 64bit
Dragons were designed and drawn by myself. Laser engraving and painting was also done by myself. (ignore the missing mobo screw, I have since put in a new one)
There wasn't much I could do about the cables due to limited space behind mobo tray, so I just went ahead and bundled them at the bottom of the case.
Server is mainly backup for the computers in my house, an ftp server, a printer server, an ssh server and works very well for watching hd movies.
