Overclocking

Number of fans doesnt matter, be sure to keep you CPU as cool as possible.
The lower the temperature the (potentionally) higher you can overclock.

okay... thinking of buying Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy bridge and Thermalright HR-02 CPU Cooler with two Thermalright 120mm 2000RPM fans... will it have a great potential for overclocking my cpu ?

I haven't seen the cooler before but thermalright's products are quite good.
I definitely wouldn't buy 2000 rpm fans, they'll be very loud, get 1000-1500 rpm fans

I don't know if that product is available in S.A because i didn't see it yet in the shops....
with that specs will i be able to run games like gta iv and fifa 12 max?

What matters more for the games would be your gpu, it hast a much larger impact on fps than a cpu has.

And i agree on the 2000rpm fans, i dont think you want to be hearing those for a longer period, if the standard fan on the hr02 just doesnt cut it you might need another but try it first.

If you want to buy a decent fan for it from the beginning you might be looking in some more potent coolers to begin with (like the nhd14) because the extra fan if its a good one will raise the price quite a bit.

Fifa 12 on pc? ...lol

Considering you havent given us specs apart from CPU and heatsink we really cant say...

modo: MSI Z77A-G45 LGA1155

Yes.
Windows is coded in 32 bit, as are all games, and pretty much every program you're going to use - meaning windows itself can only use 4gb, and games can only use 4gb - so 8gb is all you need.
You only need more for programs like video editing and rendering programs that are coded to use more.

Or if you're RAMcaching.
