Overclocking help!!!

Basically I increased the multiplier i7-2600k on my ASRock z68 extreme 3 gen 3 to 40 and when I run Prime Blend the vcore will jump all over the place. Also on CPUID it only shows it go up to 3991.53 instead of 4GHz and the Bus speed is not at 100 but 99.78
Im uploading some pics, just so you guys can see where im going wrong...

about the 3991.53 MHz stuff, that's normal, it's always jittering a bit. you got any power saving options enabled? try to enable LLC(load line calibration), but be aware of that boosting the voltage a bit too much, so take that into consideration when you set your core voltage. the voltage drops under load and LLC is for countering that, but like i said it usually does more than it should.
