Outlook issue

I have a customer with an issue with outlook 2003

when ever they try to print it hangs

printer prints fine in othe apps

i have tryed the folowing

restarted print spooler

installed updates

cleared temp files

disk defragment

disabled all addins in outlook

removed outlprnt

diagnose and repair

reinstalled printer

just looking for some more things to try

we've had this happen. But its with word, excel etc too. It was the printer driver the for xerox wax printer. cant remember the model of the top of my head.

When you go to printers, right-click the printer and go to properties. Does this take ages to load?

Will it print to a file or xls ? under print....

everything outside of outlook works as expected
