got my Opteron 146 OEM today and a quick test i've done 2750 (10*275) stock volts with memory at 3-4-4-8-1T 2.55v 166.
Stepping is OSA146DAA5BN CACJE 0604CPAW
Doing some more testing as well
OCCTing fine. Hoping it'll get a bit better after some occting
