Hey all.
As can be seen in the attached image, my second GPU fan is extremely close to the PSU.
I have recently broken the feet on the case and therefore I'd like to TTL style my PSU (turn it upside down) to give it some airflow.
The problem I'm going to have is that the botton GPU fan will be fighting the PSU fan for air.
I have already replaced the fan in the PSU with a Bit Fenix Spectre (as the fan it comes with is almost as crap as the PSU itself), which doesn't have a great deal of airflow.
Would pulling air through the PSU cause heat to build up to a dangerous level, or would it make very little difference.
Given that it will be similar to how I'm cooling the primary GPU (air pulled through heatsink rather than blown through it), I believe it should be OK, although I have seen about a 10 degree increase in GPU temp like that (it is sat away from the heatsink TBF).
Just looking for opinions, preferably from someone that's done it as I can't afford a new PSU atm (it's a 775 system ffs).
Thanks in advance.
