On a roll! My own unit (Rebuild V5)

Finally got around to redoing my own unit, silent like too. Its a 1/5hp compressor and I was considering adding an SLHx for extra capacity at lower temps but decided maybe thatll be V6. :D Here's some un-insulated shots and no temperatures yet, I ran out of thermocouple probes and theyre around 10$ a peice so I have 5 more on the way. This unit though has tremendous capacity, the cube condenser is one of the only 3 I have, and it can easily hold a large load. It'll help with if I add an SLHX as well as high performance with only a 80cfm Panaflo.

I'm waiting for some evap clips from Runmc at the moment, but I'm going to insulate this up thursday probably. Tuesday and wednesday I'm at my fathers. When I do get it though full insulation and such and I'm going to start on the case. Which won't just be a box. I'm aiming for some fan and condenser stealthing ;)

Not about the vapo, I still have the Vapomach sitting remember, I just need to get some bolts to mount the sides up for that sucka. And the cascades waiting on a few parts, but I just bought a p5b deluxe and some high quality ram. Now I can finally bench again.

Maybe I'll even post some pics of insulating the mobo ;) ;)

Stealthing is hiding fans and such, instead of having a square in the front for the condenser to breath, i'm going to make a sort of duct that will also reduce noise emissions from getting out of the MDF case.

More excerlent work NoL.

That the detroitAC evap you designed?

And R507?

Added question: What length charging lines you use? They look alot longer than my 36" ones.

Looks good, dude...

Just out of curiosity, do you wear a parka and mitts when you start gaming?
