Oh by the way, I was a bit concerned about the motherboard temperature when I had it running at 3.2ghz (355x9). It was 49-52 degrees when running at load. Is that too high? As mentioned before, it only died when I switched to 400x8 and that was immediate.
The processor cores were running at about 47 degrees at load and about 30 at idle (core temp/Intel TAT).
Obviously the Northbridge on the P5B Deluxe doesn't employ any active cooling, and it says only to use the optional fan if you are running on water because it might effect airflow around the proccessor. Anyone got any thoughts on this?
