This company contains the biggest bunch of cowbois I`ve ever come across - and I`ve done a heck of alot of online shopping.
I get a call on meh mobile Friday - "I`m affraid we can`t foresee when we`ll ever get these coolers in" - *to myself - f f mf f f* (I happened to be in an office full of media types, so I said ya ya just send what u got and cancel the rest.
Out of 6 lines of items, they had 1 - after all this time - and apart from Friday, pretty much a month after placing the order, it was up to me to try and extract any information from them.
So any way, they posted the single line they had, which happened to be 2 firewire cards. They stick the cards, which are in the usual flimsy cardboard flip boxes, in a standard plastic mailing bag - with absolutely NO packaging. Needless to say the boxes were effed. But it would seem the cards are ok.
And I`ve got a receipt for the full value of all 6 lines I originally ordered.
