Neither...or well, for an affiliated community to steamrep. SteamRep is basically the database and a plugin for servers to autoban tagged scammers and to track their alt accounts and so on.

That would be nice, it's also a good tool to use when it comes to avoiding scammers in general...as in not being friends with them at all
