These look pretty decent if they are as efficient as reported. Perhaps Jim could put one to the test

they look very nice. A 90% effiecent 1000W PSU, i'd like to see what system stressed that
Lol, where has this rating system come form? OCZ plucked it out the sky I guess. Looks like they are trying to distiguish there product from all the other 1kw psu's.
Nice to see the option of modular/fixed, very nice touch.
Branding the psu a 'gold rated', sounds like they'll be pitting it against the top dogs. Lets see how it hold up.
yes i do realise their ram, is gold n silver models aswell.

that explains it. I knew about the 80+ efficiency rating, didn't realise that it went up to 90% with gold.
