W wagoo New member Aug 8, 2008 #4 Just P45? The previously released 16GB kit from G.Skill seems less fussy about the chipset it can run on. I wonder if this OCZ is truely limited to P45, or is the name a marketing thing a bit like "vista gold" etc? If not, then it'd be nice if a generic 16GB kit was also made available from OCZ.

D Diablo Active member Aug 9, 2008 #10 I can only see the point of 16GB ram if you were using about 10GB for a ram disk (you would need to keep some power to it 24/7 though) Wow, Vista might boot moderately quickly with that!
