Needs centering better and zooming in about a third closer.
Maybe a double yellow line at the side or lane dashes.
I like it though, in concept

members have had-a-go at doing a wallpapper for you. we are not psychic! we have made several attempts to please you and you are still not happy.
there has been no thanks at all, for the time others have spent on them, just moaning "it could be better!".
they are obviously not good enough for you! you are just picky and ungrateful.
(show me some money and i will spend some serious time on one for you - lol)

I did actually rep you and others for their contributions, incase you didn't notice. I always have.
I work with a guy who likes me to scrutinise everything he produces, two guys infact - I built one of them his rig (for free) and got no thanks. I didn't expect any. He designs websites for me (for free at the moment). I didn't thank him. He didn't expect any. There are groups of people that just don't thank eachother because they genuinely forget to and usually show their thanks beyond merely the word 'thanks' by giving of their time to eachother.
If I had the software I would have made this myself, but I don't.
Would you not tell someone if their shoelace was undone? Or their shirt was badly tucked in? You're not trying to put the person down, moreover, it's credits them to adjust things.
I do also understand you, like all of us, are busy.
Anyway, your work is appreciated

To be honest it doesn't really bother me as I enjoy messing around in Photoshop and the more I do the more I learn.
I don't expect thanks or rep for doing it either I do it because it's an excuse to have a bit of mess around in PS and if people like it and give thanks or rep then thats up to them but whether they do or not i'm not really bothered to be honest.
Any way I had another go at the manhole one, it's not perfect but instead of starting again from scratch I just edited the previous one slightly.
