OC3D US Clan Listen Up

You clearly have some issues at the moment, but arguing in the public forum will only show you up and end up getting you in trouble with us.

I suggest you sort out your differences in an adult manner, and if you need to post a thread, put it in the 'Tactics' forum where only OC3D clan members can see it.

If you dont get yourselves sorted soon, not only will you perform rubbish in games, but we'll have no choice to dispand the clan.

Yup that's totally correct. However I believe the clan can work out their differences. If the next time we consort any sort of arguing happens, or flaming. I'll be kicking people from the clan, and only keeping those who I feel can keep their feelings to themselves. I don't have any problem with finding a brand new group of players if thats what its going to take, we get people all day long coming on to our server wanting to tryout. So trust me people, you CAN be replaced. Now shape up.

Agreed Frag. The whole idea of a clan for a site like ours is for FUN. Nobody should have to put up with the stuff thats been going on recently.

with a few exceptions ive seen how we can pile up in a server and have lots of fun pwning each other.. so i know we can have fun during pubbing so we should have fun with the matches and dont take it out on other team members because they did something wrong... because the chances are they know they did something wrong and its not good for the team ... so we know we know that we can be a team in the pub we need to practise as a team!

Well said! You are a new clan, getting used to each others strengths+weaknesses. When you (as an induvidual) do something wrong/badly in a match, you KNOW you've done it and feel crap enough for it. You will learn not to do this next time, but when someone else rips into you for it, it does not accomplish anything and just causes friction in the clan.

You are a new clan and there may be differences in skill. Little problems will be smoothed out through time and experience with each other. Match situations are tense but, don't take it out on each other; you should say uplifting comments and keep demoralising comments to yourself.

This is what I have picked up over time in the OC3D clan, and hope that over time you guys can become a close knit clan which thinks as a team and not induviduals.
