Hi All and thanks for the warm welcome. I will post more in a bit about us, who we are, what we do and most importantly, what we can all do for the community forums I'ts a bit manic at the mo but I will be back shortly

Finally got some spare time. Who are we and what do we do? Well just in case you havent clicked on the massive linkage, we are a component reseller with an emphasis on high end stuff and have one of the best websites out there, well we reckon so anyways.

I'm the guy who maintains the website and struggles daily to keep abreast of whats going on in the world of technology. So when OC3D contacted us (well to be honest Silverstone pointed them to us) I thought its a good way to see whats what pc wise as it can be easy to loose track and touch with things.

What do we do? We mainly concentrate on selling cases, however we have just become the uk's biggest distributor for Alphacool Watercooling products. I know that they arent as well known as swiftech and Innovatech but they are getting there and some of the stuff is just stunning to look at and performs well. Also we are the sole uk distributor for the OrigenAE case range. Stylish pc cases with a touch screen TFT built in.

Being upfront and honest, we know that we arent the cheapest out there, it's impossible to beat some of the bigger places out there but that comes with time. What we are proud of is our customer service, a phone line you can call and speak to someone knowledgable (pray you dont get me ) and a willing to learn and respond to customers. That being said you can't please all the people all the time but doesnt hurt to have a bash at it now and again

Why the team up with OC3D?

Why not? It's the communities like this which, pardon the pun, have the finger on the pulse and from what I've read here are a friendly bunch. Of course we want something out of it like promotion, good word of mouth but its not all about shameless profiteering. after all we're all pretty much geeks here. OC3d will be getting bits to review and special offer to forum members here, all we ask for is a bit of help now and again and feedback on our site if this makes sense.

I'm the guy from Specialtech who has the grey hair - Yes - I do the accounts and paperwork side of stuff mostly, while looking after the other guys as well (tea, coffee, biscuits etc.) No really - I also am pretty techy minded as well so between us we should be able to answer any queries etc.
