Wow, that really is

33% off on launch is pretty awesome. Anyone going to get one?

Yeah I think I will. For the Play price its hard to find a reason not to test out something so unique.

Yeah, thats a very sweet price, only double that of a mouse/the same as my mouse and keyboard when i got them

To be able to use this thing as a replacement for a teamspeak button and to help out in live shoutcasts would be a godsend. Where can I get one? play.com don't appear to have any form of decent customer support (no email!), and and don't appear to ship internationally neither. Anywhere else I can buy one for an aussie?

I AM AUSSIE HEAR ME ROAR!!!!!

i would like to buy also though with lack of paypal and shipping to Australia, i am unable to provide you guys with more MONIES for your international quest of greatness and global domination with the control of the minds of the masses!!

or if people's post some on ebay and post us a link i would gladly purchase!!

I will follow up with our Sales to make sure we get the nia listed with our australian customers as well so you can pre-order it already ;-)

You should also see a review on OC3D within the next couple of weeks!

Could have disastrous effects if you happened to be performing an UT3 timedemo at the time :p

Where can we pre-order in the States? I've been checking Newegg every day since March 3rd and still nothing. When is the 1st batch being release to retailers?

extreme-pc.ca listed the NIA as being in stock but I got no reply when I try to contact them. Another thing is that they have no phone number listed anywhere on the site, which leads me to question their business. Does anybody have experience with them?

Actual Facts and Pricing

Firstly the retail of this in the UK is £150 however I have noticed a few companies that are selling it on pre-order for 99.95. Check out pcupgrade.co.uk. I spoke to a guy at PCupgrade last week and they told me that the OCZ suppliers in the UK are expecting them to ship to sales departments on the 11/04/2008. Which is tomorrow. Another few things I have been told by a staff member at the company is that both Microsoft and Sony have tried to license this product from OCZ for there consoles and also that there are over 60 software titles being specifically developed for it that we should see hit the market in Q4 2008. They have strategically priced it to make it a must have for everyone and not a "for those who can afford" product. I think its reasonably priced and cant wait to try it, one thing I did see though was that OCZ have mass produced it so quickly that they even spelt the name of it wrong on there press release, they called it the "Neural Impluse Actuator" hmmm...I'm hoping the product isnt as shoddy as there marketing. I'm hopeful though. Should have one by monday so will make sure I come back to you guys with a full hand on review. Just hoping the shipping dates are correct.
