OC3D Entered in LOG Mini Cup

Well to hopefully get us playing more matches, I have entered us in a mini cup called the League of Gentlemen cup, ran by a clan called BSOD.

I think the format is 4 leagues of 4 teams, playing both home and away matches against every team in your league, the top 2 go through to knockout.

It starts in March and hopefully Tom will be back by then. We will need a bit of practice on other maps, so be prepared for some training every now and again.

lol me either. I'll get back on it in a week or so. Gonna have a weeks break till IDNet have sorted my internet. Prob will be good for me.

I was beginning to think OC3D were slowly slipping into being inactive.

I think we should have a calander for both A and B teams with designated times for regular matches against opponents, rather than randomly playing mixes or random clans.

I know it worked on quake3, altho when it was very active we played every night and had 4 or 5 friendly clans who we played often. I really admire clans who actually have organisation as it shows commitment and that they want to push forward, learn and ultimately win.

I also think OC3D should play more maps as it looks noob to say "we only play dust2".

Also shouldn't this be in the clan part of the forum? (which I have no access to atm) .
