I don't know where you are getting the "incapable of Ray tracing" from. Also, as mentioned in the article, the database is pretty useless as it does not list overclocks of other data like that, so comparisons are not that useful.

DICE just cut out a load of the ray tracing in BFV because of the massive performance hit. It was bad enough on the 2080ti. On the 2070 it renders it completely incapable. IMO it is a bad idea to buy a 2070 for RT, given the 2080ti is barely capable of what we have seen thus far.

So they take that GPU, cut it down even more, then put it in a laptop. How do you think it will fare dude? well?
