Didn't Fix NVIDIA Container High CPU Use
Contrary to NVIDIA's claims, after a clean install, driver 531.29 did not fix my issue with NVIDIA Container having high CPU utilization after exiting games and other GPU dependent applications on both a Windows 11 Pro and another Windows 10 Pro system.
