Nvidia GTX 980Ti Specs and Performance Leaked

So... as long as they use the same way to "cut down" the chip ( IMHO this will be the case ) the 980Ti will still have the same VRAM issue found on the 970, and probably will affect the last 500MB if they cut 8 ROPs

I doubt it as Nvidia would get a LOT of flack for it so I highly doubt they would want a repeat of the 970 memory fiasco.

Well... since the memory in Maxwell is unified with core count, I can't see how they can solve this unless they directly state that it's going to be a 5.5 GB card

It is going to be an interesting 2-3 months with $1000 in the bank and a need for a new video card... >.<

Dumb question... but when is this due for and when is the 390X due for?, is there any confirmation to it yet?...

Got the money in the bank for either 2 980Ti's, Titan X's or 390X's but until I see the performance off them all, at 4K then I won't be ordering anything plus also still need to find a job.

First thing you have got to do is work out what you are going to use the cards for. After that when the reviews are available you will know which to go for.

Pretty much gaming at 4K with as much eye candy as possible, whilst recording gameplay at 4K and also using a few adobe products, also the occasional bit of streaming and benchmarking.

I don't mind dropping the details or resolution abit as I do that currently with my 2 780Ti's, but I really want to run games without restrictions at 4K and I don't mind paying the extra for a Titan X if it's cost/performance I can justify, to myself compared to the other cards on the market, but if the 980Ti or 390X offer the same or better performance at 4K then I will choose between them.

But the most important thing first is finding a job before I make a purchase, but looking forward to the reviews either way.

Cost will be interesting.

780TI was $50 more at launch than 780 was.

Let hope it's not more this time around. Top gaming cards already cost more than enough.

8GB ? Nice, I'm getting 6GB and that's just at 1080P in AC:Unity.

Tried doing surround but that game just looks odd in surround ^_^

And no I didn't get the TX for a single 1080P monitor, Got it for 3 :D

Racing games are a whole new experience now, Loving it :)

P.S

Kaap I now have experienced the Titan hate, I have never had so much "Why you get this ?" "You rich bitch" etc etc... slung at me ever over a piece of hardware, It's nuts.
Thanks for this, you just made my day!:D:D Sticks and stones may break my bones but being called a rich bitch or tard will never hurt me.

If people want to post some Titan hate let them get on with, some of it is actually funny and good for a laugh.:D

At the end of it the haters will have writers cramp and you will still have the TitanX.:D

I just had to check I wrote "writers cramp" above, phew.:D
