After PSU died, I took my PC to service to see if other components are dead too.
To cut the story short, moronic serviceman lost 2 thumbscrews from the side panel and as I've found out just recantly, while installing new PSU, the also took out battery from the motherboard and forgot to put it back :S
Here is my question: Is it possible to start up PC without this battery? IF yes, then does it have any seious drawbacks?
And why the hell did they even take the battery out? I just asked them to check if other components died too, all they had to do is plug new PSU and see if the PC is working or not.
I've removed GPU and intEgrated one had no drivers installed. Do you think thats why they could do it?
