ive recently learned about TPM and its applications and the fact that Windows 8 has TPM 2.0 support which governments can use to access all areas of your computer (backdoor)
basically i wanted to know if any hardware out there is still TPM-free or whether one can purchase a laptop (ubuntu?) which is TPM-free?
i do nothing untoward with my computer but i dont like the sound of potentially being spied on
