Noctua nh-d14 with Kingston HyperX LE black (2x4gb) CL9 1600mhz setup

So currently I have this setup:

Intel Core i5 2500K Unlocked 3.3GHz
Asrock Z68 Extreme 4 Gen 3
Kingston HyperX LE (Dual) 2x4gb ddr3 1600 CL9 as seen here

within an NZXT Source 210 windowed casing.

Now I'm thinking of overcloking my i5 2500k and with regards to that I'm planning to buy a Noctua NH-D14. It's just that I'm concerned if it will have problems with my ram sticks because it has (not that long) heatsinks. I hope somebody with an almost same setup can give me answers for this. Also anyone is free to give comments and / or suggestions, and just so we're clear, I'm a noob to overclocking :)

just by looking at what noctua says for compatibility and reviews about the
heatsinks, id say you'll prolly be safe, but youll have to adjust the 120 fan higher
up to compensate. the LE sinks are a bit larger than standard HyperX (which are compatible)
but a fan height adjustment will do the trick.
my question is will the 140/pipes sit under the window of that side-panel?
at a distance of 165mm tall and the narrowness of that case, would be more
fitting question.

this is what i googled:

NZXT source 210 is a great budget case, really can't beat $17 and it's an improvement over the gamma. But the nh-d14 is going to be a tight fit, no 140mm push/pull fans, no sliding up the 120mm front fan to fit tall ram, and modding a side window will get scuffed up

just some FYI

thanks for the info airdeano :)

hmm now I'm thinking of buying a new casing that would let me do this setup. I'm thinking of going with NZXT Phantom 410 though I've read that you can't install the side fan on that case with the d14 :(

thanks a bunch DifferentClone! :)

now I'm thinking on what's the more cheaper solution, to change ram or casing >_<

Yeah dont bump. Dont bother changing the ram heatsink. Just get something that works in the firstplace.

Corsair Vengeance LP fits fine, so does everything Mushkin makes.
