No video in windows???

Ok so I'm having a strange problem, I can't see any video in Windows. I've tried messing with drivers, changing em up, messing with overlay and color settings but nothing has worked so far. The audio plays but I just get a black screen, no vid.

Has this happened to anyone here, if so how did u go about fixing it? Thx.

i think it was the codec

Prolly cuz, he was whining to me that the TV Tuner didnt' display video, then he prolly went to go watch some pr0n and realized it was his shoddy compy .
