No, the Raspberry Pi's Production isn't Moving Out of the UK

The project in my sig is Pi-Powered, it's good to have a UK based supply chain to rely on, and the amount you can do with a £10 compute module or PiZero is insane, we solder a custom daughter board directly on so the whole electronics package is the size of a zippo but it's got a full web server & sensor control system & such running in there.

EDIT: Also when it comes to stuff that is essentially a house fixture I think having electronics that is widely available, manufactured in bulk for around a decade, has at guaranteed long lasting support, and at the very least is easily hackable and modifiable in the extreme long term is a massive boon over proprietary closed systems. The original Pi family might now have come to an end in terms of new releases but it won't go anywhere quickly, especially if the next generation is a RISC-V departure(Which I'd love and seems likely but would definitely be a big differentiator for the families).
