No Core Voltage Displayed

Hi
Have any of you had an issue where your CPU voltage is no longer being reported through to CPU-Z or HWMonitor?
I went back to over clocking last night and manually set my CPU Voltage etc but since then these applications either report 0 (HWMonitor) or the option is greyed out (CPU-Z).
I've tried running the Asus software and it shows voltage there but it doesn't seem to refresh all too often. I never had any issues before yesterday so just wondering if it's a big with the latest version or something else?

I'm running an Asus Z170 Deluxe and 6700K with H110i GTX

Are you using the ASUS provided CPU-Z or the generic one (downloaded on the open web)?

I did have problems with my CPU-Z which I downloaded from ASUS.

Try downloading HWinfo and see if that works
Just downloaded and it's reporting a vcore of 1.344v and hasn't fluctuated at all even with stressing the CPU. It's completely pegged at 1.344v which seems a little odd as I'd expect a little droop considering I set the CPU voltage in the BIOS as 1.34v

I've used both and they are both behaving exactly the same
