NH-D15 /w Fractal Define C

Have you looked on the Fractal site to see what the max cooler height is and then cross checked it with the Noctua website....?

I had a look but wasn't certain as Fractal cases have the sound dampening material on the side panels and from the specs there's only a few mm clearance.

The Fractal cases are quite wide and have no problem fitting any modern air cooler.
You'd be surprised, the Define C is 210mm wide compared to the Define S which is 233mm, it really is as dinky as it looks. That said the NH-D15 should fit fine with about 1 - 2mm free for a sound proof or window panel to close... the only issue the OP might have is RAM clearance as the Noctua cooler sits quite low to the board especially with dual fans.

It depends on the version, on the windowed one there's no sound dampening material. But on the non window, there is.

Oh, sorry, I thought this thread was for the Define S. The naming scheme is very confusing to me. :(
